The Board of Directors of the Company consists of eminent persons with considerable professional expertise and experience in business and industry. The Board consists of five Directors comprising a Managing Director, three Non-Executive Independent Directors and one Non-Executive Promoter Director including the Chairman. The Board has appointed Mr. J P Goenka as the Chairman Emeritus of the Board.
